Parties Involved:

Client: John Doe

Coaching Services:

The coach shall provide personal development and coaching services as detailed in this agreement, to be conducted at locations agreed upon by both parties or via online sessions.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay a fee of AUD 1,500 per month, payable in advance on the first day of each month. Payments shall be made via bank transfer or other agreed method.

Coach Responsibilities:

The coach shall perform coaching sessions with professionalism, confidentiality, and in accordance with the Australian Coaching Code of Ethics.

Governing Law:
