Purpose of Engagement:
This letter confirms the engagement of the Service Provider by the Client to deliver legal advisory services regarding commercial contracts in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
Scope of Services:
The Service Provider will provide legal advice, review documents, and assist with related negotiations as specified in the service agreement, adhering to relevant Australian laws and standards.
Fee and Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee of AUD 5,000 plus GST for the scope of work, payable within 30 days of invoice receipt. Additional services will be billed separately.
