Subcontractor Contract Australia – Sample Template

Parties:

Subcontractor: XYZ Electrical Services

Scope of Work:

The subcontractor agrees to perform electrical installation and maintenance services at the project site located at 789 Construction Drive, Sydney NSW 2000, as detailed in Schedule A of this agreement.

Payment Terms:

The subcontractor shall be compensated a fixed amount of AUD 50,000, payable in installments according to milestones achieved, upon certification by the main contractor.
