License Details:
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software product located at 789 Innovation Drive, Brisbane QLD 4000, under the terms outlined herein, for the duration specified in this agreement.
Scope of License:
The Licensee is permitted to use the licensed software solely for internal business purposes within Australia. Sub-licensing or transfer of the license to third parties is not permitted unless expressly authorized by the Licensor.
Payment and Fees:
The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a license fee of AUD 10,000, payable upon execution of this agreement, and subsequent annual renewal fees of AUD 2,000, due on each anniversary date, unless otherwise specified.
