Property Description:

The property subject to this contract is located at 789 Bondi Road, Bondi NSW 2026, including all fixtures, fittings, and associated titles.

Sale Terms:

The seller agrees to transfer from the seller to the buyer all rights of ownership in the property upon settlement, for the price of AUD 950,000, payable in accordance with the terms set out herein.
