Parties Involved:
Service Provider: XYZ Services Pty Ltd

Scope of Work:
The service provider agrees to deliver the services as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto, in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and standards.
Cost & Payment Terms:
The client shall pay the total fee of AUD 10,000, payable in installments as specified in Schedule B. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice receipt.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The service provider shall perform the services diligently, in accordance with relevant Australian standards, and shall maintain communication with the client throughout the project.
Governing Law:
