Parties:

Confidential Information:

For the purposes of this agreement, “Confidential Information” includes any proprietary or sensitive information related to the company’s operations, clients, or technology disclosed to the Employee during employment.

Employee Obligations:

The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information received during the course of employment, and shall not disclose or use such information outside the scope of employment without prior written consent.

Term and Termination:
