Parties:
Contractor: ABC Contractors Pty Ltd

Scope of Work:
The Contractor agrees to provide the services specified in Schedule A, including delivery timelines, quality standards, and specific deliverables as mutually agreed upon.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Contractor the amount of AUD 10,000, payable within 30 days of invoice submission upon satisfactory completion of milestones outlined herein.
