Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Sunshine Road, Brisbane QLD 4002, or other properties as mutually agreed upon in writing.

Scope of Management:

The property manager shall oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and rent collection for the property, in accordance with Australian property management standards.

Management Fees:
