Service Description:
The services provided under this agreement involve consulting and advisory services related to business strategy, as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the service provider a fee of AUD 5,000, payable in two installments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon completion of the services.
Parties’ Responsibilities:
