Service Description:

This agreement pertains to the provision of support services to the client, including daily living assistance, companionship, and other agreed-upon support activities at the client’s residence or designated location.

Terms of Service:

The service provider commits to delivering support services in accordance with the specifications outlined herein, complying with Australian health and safety standards, and respecting the client’s dignity and privacy.

Payment & Fees:
