Service Description:
The Photographer shall provide professional photography services at the location specified by the Client, including but not limited to event coverage, portraits, or commercial shoots, as detailed in the booking confirmation.
Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a fee of AUD 1,500, payable in two installments: 50% upon booking confirmation and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the final images. Additional costs for travel or special equipment will be communicated and billed separately.
Photographer Responsibilities:
The Photographer commits to delivering high-quality images within the agreed timeframe, using professional equipment and standard editing processes, and adhering to all applicable Australian laws and industry standards.
Governing Law:
